Kristen moved to Kauai nearly two decades ago after earning a Ph.D. in Educational Studies from the University of Columbia in 2003. Always interested in travel and adventure, and after an extensive teaching career, she moved to The Garden Island to find a home in paradise.
She started a cleaning company in 2006, and after finding a niche in providing better service to vacation rental investors, she started a Real Estate company in 2008.
She met the love of her life, Graeme, in 2006, and they married in 2010. Together they have grown the business to now include 18 team members who are not only employees but are considered Ohana.
Kristen enjoys preparing delicious cuisine for their many friends throughout the year. She and Graeme open their home for many events, from Christmas breakfast to casual pau hanas.

Shannon moved to Kauai from Alaska in 2004 and has been a Realtor since 2005. She has been with Vacation Realty Hawaii for the last ten years.
