Graeme “The Land Man” Merrin, Principal Broker, RB, ABR, GRI, Green, RENE

Graeme is a well-connected real estate broker with more than 50 years of experience specializing in land use, real estate, and development. Graeme is a native of Australia’s Gold Coast who has worked and lived on Kauai for nearly 40 years. Although he is passionate about his work, he still finds time to surf, SUP, and can be found at the beach Nordic Trekking most mornings.

Graeme has helped a large volume of investors earn income through their Kauai investments. Graeme’s years of experience becomes your asset as he possesses an intimate knowledge of Kauai real estate, zoning, and land use.

While treating business associates like Ohana and delivering professional results, he has created relationships that last for decades. Graeme is a well-respected community pillar, known for his knowledge of real estate, his tireless volunteering, and as a friend to enjoy a beverage and stories with on the lanai.

Kristen Greene, Ph.D., RS,

Kristen moved to Kauai nearly two decades ago after earning a Ph.D. in Educational Studies from the University of British Columbia in 2003. Always interested in travel and adventure, and after an extensive teaching career, she moved to The Garden Island to find a home in paradise.

She started a cleaning company in 2006, and after finding a niche in providing better service to vacation rental investors, she started a Real Estate company in 2008.

She met the love of her life, Graeme, in 2006, and they married in 2010. Together they have grown the business to now include 18 team members who are not only employees but are considered Ohana.

Kristen enjoys preparing delicious cuisine for their many friends throughout the year. She and Graeme open their home for many events, from Christmas breakfast to casual pau hanas.

Shannon Campanaro, RS, Executive Assistant & Head Reservationist

Shannon moved to Kauai from Alaska in 2004 and has been a Realtor since 2005. She has been with Vacation Realty Hawaii for the last ten years.

An invaluable team member with institutional memory, she handles the physical set up in new condos, coordinates set up, purchasing, deliveries, and the reason there are dogs in the office.

Shannon lives an active lifestyle and is a passionate paddler who hates to get wet.

Stephanie Gerrettie, Administrative Assistant & Transaction Coordinator

Stephanie grew up in Arizona where she lived for most of her life. She moved to Kauai in 2013 and fell in love with the beauty of the island. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service, over 10 years of management experience and over 5 years of experience assisting licensed realtors in the real estate industry.

She is known as the chaos coordinator in the office, always ready to take on a new challenge, no matter how complex it is. She is great at creating a plan, implementing it and following through until it is complete, and is happy to help with any step along the way.

Stephanie has a passion for animals and children and is consistently aspiring to make the world a better place. Being an optimist, she gently tries to inspire others around her to take a more positive approach in life: Things could always be worse, don’t lose sight of what you have.

Valerie Woods, Bookkeeping & Accounting

Valerie takes the worry and guesswork out of financial investment management. She keeps owners GET/TAT/DCCA compliant, answers security deposit charge questions, sets up BB1, handles disbursements, and makes sure owners get paid.

Valerie has been a resident of Kauai since 1999. She is a crack bookkeeper, a die-hard 49ers fan, and fierce defender of the Nene in her yard.
