Flexible Cancellation Policy:
· All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
· 100% refund (Less cancellation fee) if guests cancel more than 90 days prior to arrival.
· 50% refund (Less cancellation fee) if guests cancel 61 to 89 days prior to arrival.
· No refund if cancelled 60 days or fewer prior to arrival.
· Guests can opt at any time before 60 days to reschedule (subject to new rates, fees, and availability) in lieu of partial refund and cancellation fees.
· VRH may allow rescheduling 60 days or less before arrival on a case by case basis (subject to availability, rates, and fees)
· Within two weeks of the arrival date, if there is or will be a full 14-day quarantine in place on Kauai that will impact the guests’ reservation dates, guests may cancel with a 100% refund (less the cancellation fee). Guests may also opt to apply all payments toward a future stay with no cancellation fee deducted.

Cleanliness and Safety:
We have designed our cleaning guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 for your peace of mind. Each property has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using EPA approved disinfectants. We pay special attention to high touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls. Our housekeepers are thoroughly trained on the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC. We use PROTEXUS Electrostatic Sprayers to give a final disinfecting to the property at the end of each clean. This is the same product used by Hawaiian Airlines.
